冰箱門(mén)鉸鏈疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)用途：（針對(duì)成品）
本試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用于對(duì)柜門(mén)進(jìn)行開(kāi)閉能力壽命試驗(yàn)，冰箱門(mén)開(kāi)/關(guān)耐久測(cè)試設(shè)備適用于立式及臥式冰箱。采用氣動(dòng)式驅(qū)動(dòng)方式，利用氣缸做動(dòng)力，帶動(dòng)伸縮連桿作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而完成對(duì)柜門(mén)“打開(kāi)與閉合”的往復(fù)動(dòng)作，操作簡(jiǎn)單，控制方便。
This testing machine is suitable for life test of opening and closing capacity of cabinet door, and the opening / closing durability testing equipment of refrigerator door is suitable for vertical and horizontal refrigerators. The pneumatic driving mode is adopted, and the cylinder is used as the power to drive the telescopic connecting rod to make reciprocating linear motion, so as to complete the reciprocating action of "opening and closing" of the cabinet door, with simple operation and convenient control.

三、冰箱門(mén)鉸鏈疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)
試驗(yàn)工位：2工位
試驗(yàn)類(lèi)型：立式和臥室都可以；
冰箱門(mén)的開(kāi)啟角度 90°
門(mén)開(kāi)閉周期 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求：每分鐘8～15次(冰箱門(mén)的一開(kāi)一閉為一周期)
特殊要求：能夠設(shè)置成6～60分鐘開(kāi)門(mén)一次，每次開(kāi)門(mén)的時(shí)間為6～12s可調(diào)。
要求設(shè)置開(kāi)門(mén)次數(shù)多次數(shù)不少于99萬(wàn)次；0-999999任意設(shè)置；
門(mén)體高度 由于各型號(hào)的冷柜門(mén)的寬度不一致，可左右調(diào)節(jié)擺臂來(lái)進(jìn)行測(cè)試
測(cè)試控制方式：程序控制。到達(dá)設(shè)定的次數(shù)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，具有停電記憶功能。
冰箱尺寸 可根據(jù)要求定做。
電源條件 AC220V±10%，50HZTest station: 2 stations

Standard requirements for door opening and closing cycle: 8-15 times per minute (one opening and one closing of refrigerator door is one cycle)
