2.二次回路原理圖或接線圖；
2. Schematic diagram or wiring diagram of the secondary circuit;
4.每個裝置內所裝各種電器設備的詳細規格和數量；
4. The detailed specifications and quantities of all the electrical devices installed in each switchgear;
5.提供每個回路的使用名稱( 限制在10 個字以內) ，如不提供，制造廠僅供空白符號牌；
5. Designation of each circuit (to be limited within 10 characters); if not, the manufacturer only provides a blank nameplate instead;
6.裝置表面漆膜顏色，如果不注明，則由制造廠選定。
