德國DIN EN ISO11997-1循環(huán)腐蝕測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及復(fù)合鹽霧測(cè)試方法

Cycle A

C.1 Salt fog test solution鹽霧試驗(yàn)溶液

Prepare the spray solution as described in Clause 5 by dissolving sodium chloride in water to give a concentration of (50±10)g/l .The PH of the solution shall be in the range 6 to 7.
按照第5條所述的方法制備噴霧溶液,將氯化鈉溶解在水中,使溶液的濃度為(50±10g/L,溶液的pH值在67范圍內(nèi)。

C.2 Cycle

Set up the cabinet to perform the following cycle設(shè)置鹽霧箱執(zhí)行以下循環(huán)

C.3 Salt fog depsiton rate鹽霧沉降率

The salt fog deposition rate shall be 1ml/h to 2ml/h,when the salt fog iscollected over a 24h period (see Clause 10)
當(dāng)鹽霧在24小時(shí)內(nèi)被收集時(shí),鹽霧的沉積速率應(yīng)該是1ml/h2ml/h(見第10條)

C 4 Duration持續(xù)時(shí)間

Unless otherwise agreed,repeat the test cycle for 30 cycles(240h),60cycles(240h),90cycles(720h) or 180cycles(1440h)
除非另有約定,重復(fù)測(cè)試周期30周期(240h)、60周期(240h)、90周期(720h)或180周期(1440h

Cycle B

按照第5條所述的方法制備噴霧溶液,在水中溶解氯化鈉,濃度分別為(0.31±0.01g/L和(4.1±0.01g/L,溶液的pH值在67范圍內(nèi)。

C.2 Cycle
